The goal of this project was to design and typeset a book which combines two different texts to display a particular meaning. During this process one must consider the relationship between page size, proportion and margins.

 

I chose to combine text from William Golding’s Lord of the Flies and The CW’s television show The 100. Both of these texts speak to how a society would act without laws and how they slowly slip into various states of anarchy and chaos.
